- A one-page executive summary with ROI, payback, and (optionally) 3-year NPV.
- A value-driver table — labor efficiency, close acceleration, AP automation, DSO cash release, vendor spend, legacy retired, headcount avoidance.
- A separated cost block — one-time implementation vs. recurring run costs.
- A scenarios chart with downside, base, and upside cases for the largest drivers.
- A documented assumptions log — input, source, owner, validation plan.
- A methodology footer linking back to /methodology/ and /sources/.
What is in the ROI report
A public, crawlable summary of what the exported ROI report contains and how to use it responsibly. For an interactive model, head to the ROI calculator.
What the report includes
Share links vs. PDF exports
- Share links encode inputs in the URL query string. Do not paste them into public channels if any input is sensitive.
- For a finance-ready package, export a PDF from the calculator after validating assumptions with the process owner.
- Use the PDF for board meetings and the share link only for working sessions with named collaborators.
Definitions for every term in the report are in the glossary. The formulas behind each number are documented on the methodology page.
